Mauston Man Faces Domestic Abuse Charge over Alleged Argument about a Chest Freezer
A Mauston man is facing charges after allegedly choking a woman over a chest freezer. On September 26th authorities were dispatched to a Town of Lemonweir residence for a report of a physical altercation. When authorities arrived they witnessed the victim packing up personal belongings into a vehicle. Authorities also noticed a red mark on the victims’ neck. The victim said her and 36 year old Junior Green had been arguing over a chest freezer. He became upset and placed her into a choke hold according to the victim. She also claimed Green had been using meth. Green admitted to choking the woman but said he was not smoking meth, he only smokes weed. Green faces a charge of Strangulation and Suffocation – Domestic Abuse.
