Mauston City Council Approvals Let Us Know Summer is Here
The first pay request by Altman Construction for the Splash Pad was approved at the May 22nd Mauston Common Council meeting. The Splash Pad is currently under construction and expected to be finished by June or July of this year. The Council also renewed seller’s permits to Michael Callaway for Snaps Fireworks and Gregg Ebert for Lowest Price Fireworks. The Council also awarded a temporary liquor license to Heine’s Tavern for a series of outdoor music events this weekend. The Council also approved a purchase of software for the Zoning Department. Councilmen Dennis Emery let everyone at the meeting know that Johnson Block auditors will be attending the next meeting to be held on June 12th.
