K9 Unit Delivers Again in Adams County

On July 4th, 2018, deputies conducted a traffic stop on STH 13 in the Town of Easton for expired registration. K9 Deputy Orlowski and his partner Mieka arrived to assist. Mieka was deployed and alerted to the odor of illegal narcotics emitting from the vehicle.

The ensuing investigation alleges Kimberly Paner (42) of Adams was in possession of cocaine, methamphetamine, schedule II narcotics, prescription medication not belonging to her, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a handgun. Paner is currently in custody in the Adams County Jail.

The following alleged charges are being requested with the Adams County District Attorney’s Office: Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of THC with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Schedule II Narcotic, Possession of Prescription Medication without a Prescription, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
