Judge Allows Lawsuit Over DBA vs. DNR Settlement to Proceed

A Milwaukee County judge has ruled that environmental groups should have the right to be heard as plaintiffs in a legal matter between the Dairy Business Association and the Department of Natural Resources regarding farm runoff policies, even though the two have since settled their issues out of court.
