Home Video Captures Man Firing Gun In Madison Neighborhood

A 20-year-old man accused of firing his handgun while driving through a Madison neighborhood remains in jail.  The actions of Kenneth Meyer were caught on home video.  Meyer made a court appearance Tuesday to face a felony charge of reckless endangerment.  Until the dangerous prank Sunday evening, Meyer had no criminal record.  The video shows a car driving down the street.  A muzzle flash is followed by the sound of three gunshots.  Police say Meyer has admitted firing the shots.
