Greendale Man Facing 4th OWI after being Pulled Over in Mauston

A 33 year old Greendale man is facing his 4th Offense OWI.  A Mauston Police officer pulled over Corey Mattin on State Street in Mauston.  Mattin was pulled over for going 46 in a 25 MPH zone.  Mattin told the officer he knew his license was suspended but wanted to drive because he believed the passenger had too much to drink.  The officer could smell an odor of intoxicant emitting from Mattin’s breath.  Mattin refused a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer.  Mattin also refused a blood draw so a warrant for a blood draw was issued.  A blood draw was then conducted.
