Flags to be Flown at Half-mast on Monday to Honor Ed Brooks
Governor Tony Evers has announced that flags will be flown at half-mast in Wisconsin on Monday to honor former 50th Assemblyman Ed Brooks. The 76 year old Brooks passed away on Tuesday. Brooks served the local area for 10 years as Assemblymen.
