Drunk Drivers Could Get Second Chance Under New Legislation

Wisconsin drivers convicted of operating while intoxicated could earn a second chance under a bill being considered by lawmakers.  Senator Chris Larson says about one-in-10 Wisconsin drivers have an O-W-I conviction on their record.  He says his legislation would help some of them clear their names.  First-time drunk drivers could earn that second chance by voluntarily installing an ignition interlock on their vehicles, then not drinking and driving for six months.
