Crowded Field Of Democratic Candidates For Governor Shrinks By 1

Entrepreneur and businessman Andy Gronik has dropped out of the race to become Wisconsin’s next governor.  His departure reduces the crowded field of Democratic challengers from 10 to nine.  Gronik made his decision after a Marquette University Law School poll show him with support from just four percent of the Democratic voters who were polled.  He is calling on his supporters to switch their vote to other Democrats in an effort to unseat incumbent Republican Governor Scott Walker in November.  The Democratic primary is August 14th.
