A Geno man received non-life threatening injuries after a single vehicle accident in Vernon County Wednesday night.  According to Vernon County authorities, 61-year-old Robert M. Ziegler was operating a vehicle eastbound on Malin Road, near the village of Genoa. While negotiating a curve to the left, the vehicle went off the right side of the roadway, travelled down a steep embankment and came to rest against a tree. Ziegler was transported to Gundersen Health System, in La Crosse. The crash remains under investigation by the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office.
