SBA Disaster Loan Deadline in Wisconsin is November 17

The U.S. Small Business Administration reminds businesses of all sizes, private nonprofit organizations, homeowners, and renters in Wisconsin of the deadline to submit disaster loan applications for damages caused by heavy rains and flash flooding on July 19-23. The deadline to submit applications for physical damage is Nov. 17. Low-interest disaster loans are available in La Crosse and Trempealeau counties, and the adjacent counties of Buffalo, Eau Claire, Jackson, Monroe and Vernon in Wisconsin; Houston and Winona in Minnesota. Gaertner, Peter, age 76 of Mauston

Peter Gaertner, age 76, of Mauston, Wisconsin passed away peacefully Monday, October 16, 2017 at Fair View Nursing Home in Mauston, Wisconsin after a long illness. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Peter was born June 18, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois to Peter and Pearl Gaertner. He married Deborah L. John in 1975 in Cook County, Illinois. Peter was a sheet metal worker, local #73 in Chicago for over 30 years, retiring from the union in 2003. Peter enjoyed hunting, four wheeling, bowling, dancing, gambling, and having a good time with friends. He was a member of local #73 in Chicago.   Peter was preceded in death
