Andrew Steiskal, age 22 of New Lisbon, was arrested on seven counts in involving exploitation of children.  South Carolina authorities contacted Juneau County detectives after a South Carolina juvenile girl shared a Snapchat conversation with her mother.  Steiskal is charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Exposing Genitals, Causing a Child under 13 to View/Listen to Sexual Activity, and several counts of Possession of Child Pornography.  Some of the activities allegedly involve his infant daughter.  The investigation continues. During the early morning hours last Thursday, Authorities responded to a report of a driver sleeping in her vehicle in the middle of a roadway.  When authorities arrived, the driver of the vehicle was driving again.  Authorities pulled her over when she stopped in a driveway on 43rd Street.   Rochelle Decorah, age 43 of New Lisbon, was arrested for OWI 7th offense.  She registered .176 on the breathalyzer test. Patrick Jordan, age 29 of Tomah, was driving too fast for conditions on Monday January 8th and his vehicle left Welch Prairie Road in Lisbon Township.  He slid into the ditch and caused damage to the vehicle and minor injuries to both driver and passenger.  Jordan was mailed four citations including; Failure to Notify Officers of an Accident.
