On the afternoon of March 16th on I-90/94 in Juneau County, State Patrol executed a traffic stop for a defective headlight.  The car was driven by Brandon Lee Worm 31, of La Cresent, Minnesota whom was driving with a female passenger later identified as Dawn Lindley, 30 of La Crosse. The Trooper noticed Lindley acting nervous and rigid in the passenger seat.
