Strohmeyer, William August, age 70 of Mauston

William August Strohmeyer, age 70, of Mauston, Wisconsin died Sunday, April 1, 2018 at University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.   Per his wishes, no services are planned.   William was born November 12, 1947 in Elgin, Illinois to Henry William and Virginia (Boehning) Strohmeyer.   He married Margaret Ann Popp on November 30, 1968 at St. Peter’s Church in Shennington, Wisconsin.   William enjoyed taking rides on his homemade trike which he made himself, helping his friends with their mechanical problems, and making his own creations in his workshop.   William was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Virginia Strohmeyer;   Survivors: Wife:  Margaret Strohmeyer of Mauston, Wisconsin
