Car Trouble Leads To Drug Charge For Richland Center Man

A Richland Center man is facing his 2nd Offense Possession of THC after having car issues near Camp Douglas.  The disabled vehicle had 5 occupants, 3 adults and 2 kids.  One of the occupants was identified as 37 year old Jonlazaire Burch.  Authorities smelled an odor of marijuana emitting from the passenger side window and located a cigarillo with a green leafy substance inside.  Burch said he had never been arrested for drug charges before but records show he was convicted of manufacturing/delivering Narcotics in September of 2003 in La Crosse County.
