Mauston man faces Bail Jumping charges in two nearby Counties

Darien Ruf, age 26 of Mauston was arrested last Wednesday evening in the Festival Foods parking lot after sheriff’s deputies recognized him driving his vehicle knowing that his driver’s license was revoked.  He was also revving his engine with a loud exhaust and exceeding the speed limit.  Ruf was charged with operating while revoked and to bail jumping charges due to the fact he was out on bail in both LaCrosse and Sauk counties for other offenses that restricted him to absolute sobriety.  Ruf blew a point .045 when he was booked into the jail.
