Tomah Memorial Hospital Offers Free Balance Screenings

Tomah Memorial Hospital is offering complimentary balance screenings for adults Nov. 7 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. and Nov. 9 from 8 a.m. – noon. Each assessment should last 20 to 30 minutes, and will be held in the Rehabilitation Services Department at Tomah Memorial Hospital, 321 Butts Avenue in Tomah. People interested in getting a balance assessment should be able to tolerate walking for at least 50 feet without having to sit down and rest. Appointments are required by calling the hospital Rehabilitation Services Department at (608)374-0330.
