Suspected Meth Lab Being Blamed for Fire in Adams
A suspected meth lab is being blamed for a fire that happened in downtown Adams Monday afternoon. Adams County Sheriff Sam Wollin said preliminary information from the fire department said there were items located in a house fire in the 100 block of South Main Street that would be consistent with manufacturing meth. One person had to medflighted to a Madison hospital and later confirmed the house contained a meth lab. The victim’s name was not released. The investigation is ongoing.
