Reedsburg Man Charged with OWI 7th

A Reedsburg man, who attracted attention by driving in circles in the local grocery store parking lot, was arrested for OWI 7th Offense on Saturday evening.

Craig J. Brickl (50) of Reedsburg was arrested for OWI 7th Offense after he was called in for driving in circles in the parking lot in the 100 block of Viking Drive. Brickl was in the drive-through of a nearby restaurant, blowing his horn at other drive-through vehicles, when officer located him.

Brickl was taken into custody and transported to the Sauk County Jail after being processed for the OWI.

OWI 7th is a felony that carries a potential penalty of 3 to 12-year prison sentence.
