Necedah Man Mailed Citations

Ronald Beutel, age 52, of Necedah, received several citations including failure to notify police of an accident stemming from a one vehicle accident that occurred in the early mornings morning hours of Friday December 29th.  Sheriff’s Deputies mailed Citations to Beutel as he has been avoiding contact with authorities since the accident.
