Jennings, Kevin L., age 70, of Reedsburg formerly of Wonewoc
Kevin L. Jennings, age 70 years, of Reedsburg, WI, formerly of Wonewoc, WI, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at the Sauk County Healthcare Center in Reedsburg.
Kevin was born December 6, 1946 to Roderick and Norma (Edge) Jennings in Richland Center. Kevin attended and graduated from Wonewoc-Center High School in 1965. He was joined in marriage to his high school sweetheart, Kathy Pagel, on December 28, 1968, and they raised 3 beautiful children.
Kevin proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam conflict and worked for 29 years at Grede Foundries, Inc. in Reedsburg before retiring in 2004. Kevin also served on the Wonewoc Village Board as both a Trustee and Village President.
Kevin had a love of life and lived it to the fullest. He loved his family and did everything he could for them. His grandchildren were his pride and joy and he loved his house full of chaos and laughter.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife Kathy; daughters, Michelle (Thomas) Hirschinger of Reedsburg, Lisa (William) Rodgers of Aurora, Ontario, Canada and son, Scott (Jennifer) Jennings of Wonewoc; grandchildren, Sarah and Anna Hirschinger, Adam and Aaron Rodgers, and Marcus Jennings; mother, Norma Jennings; brother, Tracy (Shirley) Jennings; sister, Linda (Kirby) Simpson, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorial Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2017, at 2:00 pm at Wonewoc United Methodist Church with Rev Wesley Jacob officiating. Interment will be in the Pine Eden Cemetery in Wonewoc. Friends may call on Saturday, November 11 from 4-7 pm at Picha Funeral Home – 402 Center Street in Wonewoc or November 12, 2017, from 1:00 pm until the time of services at the Church.
