Early morning one vehicle crash results in drug paraphernalia citation
In the early morning hours of January 6th, a one vehicle accident where Crystal Teumer, age 21, was driving toward Mauston on Highway 12/16 in Seven Mile Creek Township. Sheriff’s deputies found a pipe which later tested positive for drug residue. Crystal was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia along with other traffic violations. One passenger in the vehicle Axel Arcuri, age 25, gave several misleading statements to the investigating officers. No one was reported injured.
