Democrat Evers opposes UW free speech resolution

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — State superintendent and Democratic candidate for governor Tony Evers says he opposes a resolution before the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents that could lead to students being expelled for obstructing speakers.
