Charges delayed against Nekoosa man accused of killing girlfriend's daughter, pending final autopsy report

Wood County prosecutors delayed filing homicide charges against Paul Carter, 43, of Nekoosa, in the Jan. 16 death of his girlfriend’s adult daughter.
