Palma “Polly” A. Berry, age 98, of Tomah, Wisconsin, passed away July 30, 2017, at the Serenity House in Tomah. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 3, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at Five Points Lutheran Church in Blue River, WI. Pastor Dave Dahl of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Tomah will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Family and friends are invited for visitation Wednesday, August 2, 2017, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah.
