Brancel Applauds FDA Action on Ultrafiltered Milk

In his last official statement as Wisconsin’s agriculture secretary, Ben Brancel said he was glad to see the Food and Drug Administration release a guidance document announcing it will exercise enforcement discretion on the use and labeling of ultrafiltered milk.
