50 eligible Wisconsin voters cast a ballot from jail, a report says. Some are pushing for better jail policies to enable more voting.

People who are in jail, and haven’t been convicted of a crime, can still vote. Roughly 50 people did in 2020, but many in jail don’t know they could be eligible to vote.
