North Dakota Man Facing 4th OWI in Monroe County

Martin Forrest Kersth Sullivan, 37 years of age, from Minot, ND has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Tomah Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense. Sullivan was stopped by a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper for deviating from his lane of traffic. During the traffic stop, the trooper observed signs of impairment. Standardized field sobriety tests were conducted. Sullivan was subsequently arrested for operating while intoxicated. Sullivan had three prior OWI convictions, making this his 4th offense.
