Chicagoan Arrested after High Speed Chase

Henry Austin, age 42, of Chicago, Illinois, was arrested on multiple counts as a result of a high speed chase that occurred around 2 a.m. on Thursday, January 4th. State Patrol State Patrol received word of a pickup truck crashing into a semi, and not stopping, while both were traveling westbound on I-90/94 near Mauston.  When State Patrol caught up with the vehicle it’s the driver eventually pulled over and then took off again only to be stopped finally near Volk Field in Camp Douglas.  After a high-speed chase the driver has been cited with several felonies including; Hit and Run, Possession of THC, Attempting to Elude an Officer, and Recklessly Endangering Safety.  A $2,500 cash Bond was set.
