Necedah Man Pronounced Dead After Vehicle Was Submerged
A 47-year-old Necedah man was pronounced dead after his vehicle was submerged in a pond. Juneau County Sheriff Brent Oleson said in a release on Sunday at 9:35am they received a report of a submerged vehicle in a pond on private property near the intersection of Highway 21 and County Highway G in the Necedah Township. Responding fire department personnel pulled the operator from the vehicle. The man was transported to Hess Memorial Hospital by ambulance, and was pronounced dead at the hospital by the Juneau County Coroner. The incident remains under investigation by the Juneau County Sheriff’s Office and Coroner’s Office.
