Green Bay adoption: Man searches for long-lost brother

James Quigley was born in Green Bay in 1966 and was adopted by Mike and Mary Quigley. Through research and luck, he was able to meet his biological parents. However, there's a still a full-blooded brother somewhere he hopes to one day meet.
