Renee D. Hoffman, age 63 of Mauston, WI., died on Tuesday August 29, 2017 at Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday September 2, 2017 at 1:00p.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church (401 Mansion St) in Mauston.  Relatives and friends may gather at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church on Saturday from 11:00a.m. until the time of service.  Fr.
