Foxconn deal goes from bad to bizarre

Wisconsin taxpayers would subsidize each Foxconn job $230,000 to $1 million. These jobs would pay a third of what a family of four needs to live in the middle class. Plus, Foxconn would be allowed to move streams, fill wetlands and pollute waterways.
