2nd Annual Mirror Lake State Park Fun Run – October 10
The 2nd annual “S’more Fun Trail Run” fundraising event for the Friends of Mirror Lake State Park will be October 7. The run includes a 1-mile hike, 5K and 10K run. Registration will be open through September 10th or until the cap of 400 participants is reached. Event participants will also get post-race food and beverages including s’mores by a campfire. Packet pick-up will be held on October 6th from 4pm-7pm and on October 7th from 8:00am – 8:30am at Mirror Lake State Park.
Race Day October 7th, 2017
10K will begin at 9:00am. 5K will begin at 9:15am. 1 mile hike will begin immediately following the 5K start.
The 5K and 10K will be chip timed. No refunds.
Top male and female 5K and 10K runners will receive an award, along with top finishers in each age division.
For safety reasons dogs will not be allowed at the event.
Parked vehicles require a Wisconsin State Park admission sticker. Stickers can be purchased on October 6th at Packet Pick-up or upon entry on Saturday. Parking will be available within the park at specific locations. On Run Day, please follow the directional signs and look for parking attendants to help get you to available parking. Please allow time to walk from parking areas to the starting line as races will start on time. Parking on the grass and along the shoulders of the road is not permitted.
