Tomah Man Facing Drug Charges in Juneau County

A Tomah man is facing charges of Possession of THC and Bail Jumping after being pulled over in New Lisbon for not having his headlights on at night.  The officer made the stop at around 11:49pm on January 19th.  The driver of the vehicle was 33 year old Kaivon LeBeauf.  LeBeauf said the vehicle belonged to the passenger who was asleep.  The passenger was woken up and it was determined she had warrants for her arrest in Monroe County.  The officer was informed LeBeauf had past drug charges against him so a K9 sniff of the vehicle was done.  The officers were able to locate drugs inside the vehicle.
