Necedah Man Charged with Delivering Heroin
A Necedah man is facing a charge of Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin after he was slumped over in a vehicle. A State Trooper was made aware of an unresponsive male driver slumped over in his car while parked in a driveway on State Hwy 21. The trooper made contact with the driver who was identified as 34 year old Michael Stutesman. A check of Stutesman’s driver license showed his license had been revoked and he also had a warrant in Marquette County. Stutesman was arrested and transported to Juneau County Jail, during booking authorities observed a while powdery substance in his back pocket. The substance is believed to be heroin, it was sent in for testing.
