Milwaukee County Supervisor Arrested Forst OWI, 1st Offense

Milwaukee County Supervisor Marcelia Nicholson says she made a “horrible mistake” and is embarrassed.  Nicholson was arrested shortly after midnight Monday and was cited for operating while intoxicated, first offense.  She had crashed her car into a median on Interstate 43.  After she showed signs of intoxication, she took field sobriety tests and was found to have a blood-alcohol content more than double the legal limit.  Nicholson was elected to the District Five seat two years ago and she serves as Vice Chair of the Milwaukee County Board.
