DA: Iowa woman used cell phone 23 times in 64 miles before deadly crash

STEVENS POINT (WAOW) – A 31-year-old Iowa woman used her cell phone 23 times in a 64-mile stretch of highway, before running a stop sign in Portage County, slamming into a pickup truck, killing the driver and deleting her last Facebook message, according to a criminal complaint.
