Clark County DA decides sheriff's deputy who fatally shot Loyal man in standoff was justified, will not be charged

Deputy Russell Gage of the Marathon County Sheriff’s Office will not face charges in the the death of Robert E. Domine, 77, of Loyal after a September standoff, the district attorney said.
