Chicago Man Arrested by Juneau County Deputy for Possession of Marijuana
A Chicago man is facing his 2nd Offense charge Possession of THC after being in a dispute with his girlfriend. A Juneau County Deputy stopped 27 year old Sammie Smith III while Smith was walking alongside the I90. Smith advised the deputy he was walking due to a dispute with his girlfriend in their vehicle. The Deputy could smell marijuana and searched through Smith’s belongings. The search resulted in a finding of a bag with a green leafy substance. Smith was arrested and transported to the Juneau County Jail. The green leafy substance was confirmed as 4.2 grams of marijuana.
