Crews this afternoon closed WIS 13 (south of WIS 82, town of Springville) today (8/29) due to a failed culvert. Traffic is detoured via WIS 82, Adams County B and County K.  Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow extra time for travel.  The highway is expected to reopen before the end of the day Wednesday, August 30.
