Leslie V. Heisel, age 74 years, of Hillsboro, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin following a courageous battle with multiple myeloma.   He was born on June 16, 1943 in Vernon County, Wisconsin and grew up in the Hillsboro area and graduated from the Hillsboro High School in 1961.   Leslie served in the U.S. Army following school.  He was united in marriage to Sandra Smith on May 23, 1970 in Hillsboro.   Les was an area carpenter and electrician; he was a very talented craftsman and tackled many construction jobs from small to large.   He was a loving father

Floyd Edward Roberts, age 79, of Friendship died Friday, October 20, 2017 at his home. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday October 26, 2017 at Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship.  Chaplain John VandenHeuvel will officiate.  Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service on Thursday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mount Repose Cemetery, Friendship, Wisconsin.
