New Lisbon School Board Approves Short-Term Borrowing

The New Lisbon School Board approved a resolution for short term borrowing at its meeting on Monday night. Superintendent Dennis Birr said each year at the annual meeting in August the district voters approve authorizing the school board to borrow money on short-term loans. The resolution was for the district to borrow from time to time in an amount not to exceed $1.4 million through Royal Bank. The resolution was approved unanimously.
