Janechek, Carmilla Huffman, age 90, of Mauston

Carmilla Huffman Janechek , 90, of Mauston, died at Wisconsin Dells Health Services on December 26 . She was born September 21, 1927 in Summit Township, Sauk County, to Samuel Everett and Anna (Daly) Huffman.  After her mother’s death when she was 2, she was raised by her Aunt Mae and Uncle Glenn Kelley in Wonewoc.  She spent her summers on the Huffman farm with her father and brother, Harlin Huffman.  She graduated in 1945 from Wonewoc High School and in 1947 from Sauk County Normal School.   She taught school in Plum Valley until her marriage to Harvey Otto Janechek on December 27, 1947 in LaValle.  They would have celebrated
