Elections Officials Question TV Reports System Was Hacked (Madison, WI)  —  The Wisconsin Elections Commission says it has never detected a successful hacking attempt on its systems and the Department of Homeland Security hasn’t notified it about one.  N-B-C Nightly News has reported Wisconsin was one of seven states hacked by Russian operatives before the November 2016 election.  The commission released its statement Tuesday in response to the report.  It says there were scanning attempts that year, but no indications of any activity since September.  Commission members say they believe the D-H-S when it says the Wisconsin systems are secure.   >>Milwaukee To Intervene In $140M Power Project For Foxconn
