On February 12th, 2018, at approximately 10:00 p.m. members of the Adams and Marquette County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being operated by Levi R Hedding (27) of Coloma. The stop occurred in the 2800 block of STH 13 in Adams County. Hedding had active warrants for his arrest and was suspected of trafficking heroin to the area. Hedding initially lied to deputies about his name and attempted to flee on foot before being taken into custody. While deputies were processing evidence at the scene Hedding escaped through the rear window of an Adams County squad car. Hedding then entered a Marquette County squad and fled

Jeffrey L. Larsen, Jr. age 44 passed away unexpectantly on Saturday, February 10, 2018. Born June 19, 1973 in Libertyville IL to Debra & Jeffrey Larsen. He grew up in Necedah Wi and graduated from Necedah High School. He worked as a self- employed contractor.  Jeff loved to spend time with his family and friends. Jeff is survived by his Father: Jeffrey Larsen, Mother: Debra Mederos, Stepfather: Ron Mederos, Daughter(s) Justice Beckjorden, and Malaika Larsen, Granddaughter Vivianna, Sister: Christine Zeunges (Jason), Brother: Daniel Mederos (Dana) Sister: Rachel Nelson (Conrad) Sister: Maria Mederos, and nieces and nephews.
