>>Onalaska City Council Members Call For Judge’s Resignation (Onalaska, WI)  —  Some Onalaska City Council members are calling for the resignation of a municipal court judge in the city. Members say an independent audit showed numerous unprocessed citations and several other documents. Judge John Brinckman has been a part-time municipal judge on the Coulee Region Joint Municipal Court for more than 25 years. Council members say the audit turned up dozens of boxes with citations that have gone unprocessed dating back to 2012.
