The pay rate of 40-dollars-an-hour offered by the Wisconsin Public Defenders office is said to be too low, but it’s not going up.  That office assigns about 40 percent of its 138-thousand cases each year to private attorneys, but the state struggles to find attorneys willing to take the cases.  The Sixth Amendment Center says the break-even level for attorneys is 42-dollars-an-hour.  Wisconsin’s compensation is the lowest rate among the 50 states.  The Legislature rejected a bill raising the rate to 55-to-70-dollars-an-hour.  That would have cost taxpayers an additional 19-million dollars. The Green Bay Packers will hold two job fairs next month while looking for game-day employees for the 2018 season.  Those hired will help with Packer home games and events at Lambeau Field.  The job fairs will be held May 2nd and 3rd on the fifth-floor Terrace Suites in the south end of Lambeau Field.  Applicants must have strong communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot and stay focused on their job responsibilities and must be able to stand throughout the entire work shift.  Applicants have to be available for all home games, Family Night, any playoff games and other events at Lambeau Field, when called. A La Crosse man is being accused of Burglary, Property Damage, and Lewd and Lascivious Behavior, after being caught sexually gratifying himself in the ceiling of Bridgeview Plaza in La Crosse.  This took place Monday morning when staff from Bridgeview called the police after noticing ceiling damage.  37 year old Shane Duffy was hiding in the ceiling wearing nothing but a speedo.  Duffy told police he was searching for a big puzzle in the sky, and also hoped to find something like Narnia.  Duffy allegedly walked in the front door went into the women’s bathroom and climbed into the ceiling.  He claims he took most of his clothing off because
