Boy, 14, drives away from Wausau police in car stolen in St. Paul

WAUSAU ( WAOW) – A 14-year-old boy driving a stolen car from St. Paul, Minn., with two teenage passengers tried to flee from Wausau police early Saturday and officers backed off the chase because of "speeds and safety concerns," according to a police report.
