Adams County Woman Facing 4th Offense OWI After Showing Up to Work Drunk

A woman who showed up to work intoxicated is facing her 4th Offense OWI.  Adams County authorities received a call on May 31st from a local business stating a newly hired employee had showed up to work drunk.  Authorities located the described vehicle weaving on the left bound lane.  The car pulled into a driveway and the occupant identified as 39 year old Jessie Callagan, of Arkdale stepped out of the vehicle.  Callagan denied drinking multiple times.  She finally admitted to drinking but denied a sobriety and breathalyzer test.  She did agree to a blood draw before being arrested for the OWI.  She also has a Misdemeanor Bail Jumping charge.
